With a 3CR12 stainless steel chassis, independent off-road suspension, and twin shock absorbers, it’s built to handle the toughest terrains. The Raptor coating and honeycomb aluminium walls provide strength without unnecessary weight. Whether you’re crossing deserts or climbing mountains, this caravan is your rugged yet agile companion.

Practical Comfort for Every Journey

The Expedition is designed for real-world usability. It features a fixed north-south bed, a spacious seating area (convertible to a children’s bed), and sleeping space for up to 6 people. The full bathroom includes a separate Thetford cassette toilet, indoor shower, and an outdoor shower with a tent for refreshing under the stars. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge-freezer (Dometic or National Luna), ample workspace, and plenty of storage for all your essentials. Every detail is thought out to make life on the road effortless.

Self-Sufficient and Ready to Go

Never worry about power or connectivity again. The BorderX Expedition comes equipped with a Victron Multiplus inverter/charger, Cerbo GX control unit, and GX Touch screen for seamless energy management. The 400W solar panel, 2x Victron AGM batteries, and MPPT100/30 solar controller ensure you stay powered off-grid. A 360-degree awning by KingPitch with side walls provides shade and privacy, while the outdoor kitchen and clothesline holder add practicality to your adventures. With 230V and 12V sockets inside and out, plus USB ports, you’re always connected—wherever the road takes you.
